Join 2nd Chance Outreach for Hope Rising, a free, family-centered community celebration bringing people together through arts, culture, entertainment, education, health, workforce opportunities, and community resources. Families can enjoy carnival games, a bouncy house, face painting, arts and crafts, giveaways, family entertainment, live music, a DJ, and FREE food and refreshments.

Hope Rising also connects families with valuable resources in healthcare, mental health, financial empowerment, employment, workforce development, education, youth development, and family support. Come celebrate Minnesota’s diverse communities, connect with others, discover new opportunities, and create positive experiences for children and families.
